Terms of Service
1. What Zonalia is
Zonalia is a software tool for data intake and document compilation. It does not provide legal advice, does not act as an accredited NEPZA filing agent, and does not submit applications on behalf of users. Preparing your application package with Zonalia does not constitute legal representation, customs brokerage, or any other regulated professional service.
2. Duty, HS code, and compliance tools
Calculations and HS code suggestions are indicative estimates based on public tariff schedules. Official assessments and classifications are determined solely by the Nigeria Customs Service via the PAAR/Single Window process. Zonalia's estimates should not be relied upon as a substitute for NEPZA, NCS, or a licensed customs agent's determination.
3. Your documents and data
You retain ownership of any documents, company details, or other data you upload to Zonalia. Aurum Digital Consulting Limited processes and stores this data solely to provide the Zonalia service to you. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. You may request export or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
4. Fees
Any facilitation fee charged through Zonalia is Aurum Digital Consulting Limited's own service fee for preparing and tracking your application, separate from any fee NEPZA itself may charge directly. Fees are non-refundable once your application package has been generated, except where required by law.
5. No warranty; limitation of liability
Zonalia is provided "as is." Aurum Digital Consulting Limited does not guarantee that any application prepared through Zonalia will be approved by NEPZA, or that duty, HS code, or other estimates will match NCS's final determination. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aurum Digital Consulting Limited's liability arising from use of Zonalia is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the preceding twelve months.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
